A wonderful stay in the snow
Waking up to powdery snow and a fine breakfast spread was good! Always ready to help. Shout-out to Brano for the speedy shuttle service!
While the hotel location felt serene and peaceful, the slight distance from the town center could feel inconvenient at times, especially for late-night excursions. No midnight snacks were available, which seemed unusual.

All-inclusive dining was very convenient for our stay.
The lighting in the lobby was painfully bright at night. I felt the lack of midnight snacks was unacceptable and made our late-night cravings impossible to satisfy. To top it off, the service felt underwhelming, as we were often left waiting for assistance .
